Correspondence Template Profile

A Correspondence Template is a template created by you to aid in the creation of consistent communication to customers. You can use either HTML, CuteEditor, or CKEditor to create a template, or you can use a baseline template provided with NetForum. You can use a template for formatting email communication or for letters that go through the mail. Examples of Correspondence Templates include baseline_assignment, baseline_clickthru_tellafriend, and baseline_gift_letter.

The Correspondence Template Profile displays the following information:

Field Description
List Type Displays the user-selected list type for this template. For more information on List Types and Templates and how they work together, see Correspondence Templates.
Correspondence Code Displays the user-entered code for this template. This is how you identify the template in List pages.
Correspondence Title Displays the user-entered friendly name for this template.
Subject Displays the subject of the correspondence like the subject line of an email.

Correspondence Template Profile Child Forms

The child forms section of the Correspondence Template Information Profile has one tab, the Primary tab.

The Primary tab contains the following child forms:
