Correspondence Template Profile
A Correspondence Template is a template created by you to aid in the creation of consistent communication to customers. You can use either HTML, CuteEditor, or CKEditor to create a template, or you can use a baseline template provided with NetForum. You can use a template for formatting email communication or for letters that go through the mail. Examples of Correspondence Templates include baseline_assignment, baseline_clickthru_tellafriend, and baseline_gift_letter.
The Correspondence Template Profile displays the following information:

| List Type | Displays the user-selected list type for this template. For more information on List Types and Templates and how they work together, see Correspondence Templates. |
| Correspondence Code | Displays the user-entered code for this template. This is how you identify the template in List pages. |
| Correspondence Title | Displays the user-entered friendly name for this template. |
| Subject | Displays the subject of the correspondence like the subject line of an email. |
